The Three Bears Company is moving to Poland

Ukrainian producer of Frozen Food products (ice cream, semi-finished dumplings and varenyky) – The Tree Bears - initiated its business over three decades ago. As it was announced almost a year ago, The Export Credit Agency (ECA) of Ukraine has provided to The Tree Bears insurance coverage up to UAH 210 million for an unsecured loan issued by Raiffeisen Bank for the execution of an export agreement for UAH 178.5 million. The loan was granted to The Three Bears to exports its products to Poland.

According to the Ministry of Justice of Poland, in September 2023, the management of the Polish plant for the production of semi-finished products and ice cream Nordis has changed. Dmitry Ushmayev, founder of The Three Bears, became the new owner of the company. Andriy Tyshchenko, CEO of the Ukrainian manufacturer, joined Nordis' supervisory board.
Recent Hot News by Forbes, Ukraine as of April 3, 2024: The Three Bears has acquired the Polish company Nordis, which owns a plant and warehouses in western Poland, 53 km from Germany. The company produces more than 100 types of ice cream and semi-finished products. Nordis also has a distribution network in 19 cities in Poland. New owner has clarified that the capacity of the Polish plant is currently half of the Ukrainian production. However, Nordis is similar to the Three Bears in terms of potential.
The Ukrainian company plans to further invest in the development of production in Poland.
