What makes the difference between ORDERING HOURS of business advisory services and BUYING A PACKAGE?

When ordering hours of services, you assume that the problem in question is relatively small (my suggestion - you have already received a free consultation and the scale of the problem is clear to you) and requires a solution, a written report, etc. In this case, you will be invoiced accordingly and you will have to pay 50% of price in advance.
When purchasing one of the packages, you will have a contract for the number of hours and the range of services specified in the definite package, which will be provided by a GrafFIN advisor over the next 30 calendar days. How the actual duration of expert’s work is being calculated while rendering advisory service?

The actual service rendered to a customer is calculated as a sum of direct hours of work vis-ŕ-vis the client amended by the amount of time spent for so called “office work”, like:

relevant documents search, collection, analysis, compilation;
necessary calculation execution,
financial model design, test and adjustment for particular client’s request,
time for the written report generation and printing etc., if required by client.

The information above is the basics for invoice generation to be presented to the customer at the finalization of the service rendering. Advances are used for intermediate periods in relevant cases.

Does the price of GrafFIN’s Business Advisory Services package, presented at the website, include VAT?

No, it does not. The general rule is that the net price of services provided within Poland is a subject to VAT. In the case of services provided to / consumed outside of Poland, VAT is not charged, since in this case it is considered as an export of services. If the Client is registered as VAT payer, the purchase of services results in a so-called tax credit, which is deducted from the total amount of VAT obligation.
So, if you’re going to pay in EUR, you’re probably tax non-resident in Poland. In this case, the price you see is the price you pay.

Simply because we provide services based on our experts' many years of practical experience. Unfortunately, we currently do not have an expert with relevant and proven experience in this field on our staff. The same story with a range of issues related to taxation.
